Working Girls is a network that seeks to give women of diverse backgrounds the tools and confidence to succeed. However it is not enough to give women a boost, we must also confront the toxic stereotypes of both masculinity and femininity which stifle progress towards equality.

Join us for an evening panel where we will discuss the damaging impact that default masculinity & femininity has on everyone. We will shine a light on the problems as well as offer solutions for how we can create a more equal workplace, home and society.

We want this to be a conversation that everyone join in, so for this event Working Girls invites the boys.

**Please bring along male friends, colleagues and partners so together we can create change!**
